Capacity Zone...

I used to use the statement with my clients, "growth occurs when we get out of our comfort zone and into our capacity zone."  Today L and I braved a local moms group.  It's been on my to do list for quite some time, but my anxiety and life has gotten in the way.  We met up at the park near our house- L had a great time.  Everyone was really nice and we are going to some more play dates later this week.
